欣欣的孩子們 Shin Shin students

美國樹華基金會與欣欣教育基金會有良好的合作關係，由樹華基金會提供獎學金及名額給欣欣學校貧困的 學生們， 此為過去雙方合作的模式，讓許多欣欣的孩子們受惠。The SOAR Foundation has been partnering with Shin Shin Educational Foundation by providing scholarships to Shin Shin students for the past years.

2005年度開始，欣欣教育基金會擴大了與樹華基金會合作的方式。由欣欣成立欣 欣獎學金後續計劃提供獎助金，透過樹華基金 會嚴格審察考核後才可錄取，並委托樹華基金會發放獎學金與逐年管理追蹤。欣欣獎學金的成立宗旨在於培植欣欣小學貧困清寒的 學生(德智體群兼修)，使其不因貧困而失去繼續求學的機會。欣欣接受欣欣小學五年級 學生的申請，從六年級開始發放獎學金， 2005年首次推出頒發五十名貧困清寒學生， 每校不超過一個名額，每名學生每年獎學金美金$85.00元，欣欣提供樹華基金會每年 五十名六年級學生共五千元經費，試辦四年到學生初中畢業。2005年五十名學生分佈在山西2名、內蒙古1名、四川7名、甘肅6名、 寧夏4名、吉林2名、 安徽4名、江蘇1名、青海7名、湖北3名、湖南4名、黑龍江5名、廣西1名、貴州1名、 遼寧1名、福建1名。 Starting in 2005, Shin Shin expanded the scholarship program by funding a separate scholarship program to benefit more Shin Shin students, with a commitment of four consecutive years. SOAR Foundation's proven process is used to select the eligible student, distribute the fund, and monitor the student's progress. All of Shin Shin schools 5th grade students are eligible to apply. One school can only have one award. The student will receive $85 per year. Shin Shin provided $5,000 of funding to SOAR in 2005 for 50 students, who received the award for four years from 6th grade to their completion of junior high school. The 50 students came from the following provinces: Shanxi (2), Inner Mongolia (1), Sichuan (7), Gansu (6), Ningxia (4), Jiling (2), Anhui (4), Jiangsu (1), Qinghai (7), Hubei (3), Hunan (4), Heilongjiang (5), Guangxi (1), Guizhou (1), Liaoning (1), and Fujian (1).
