本校始建于1980年，目前有7班，7名教師，約150多名學生。學生多數屬壯族。學校佔地約380平方米，原校舍書D級危房。 擬建計劃包括一棟二層教學樓（有7個教室和1個辦公室）。建築面積達360平方米，預算建校基金總額128000元人民幣， 于2003年9月開工，因天氣及鋼材漲價停滯，故歸入 2004年學校。學校原來附屬於十萬山華僑林場，現規劃于防城地區政府負責， 配套建校資金由區政府提供。 This elementary school was originally built in 1980. It currently hosts about 150 students who are divided into 7 classes and supervised by 7 teachers. Most of the students are of Zhuang minority origin. The school covers an area of 380 square meters. Nearly all of its old buildings are classified as “endangered class D, unsuitable for usage.” With Shin Shin Foundation’s financial support, the school proposed to rebuild most of its facility. The new construction project includes a two-story building that will have seven classrooms and a teachers’ office. The total construction area is 360 square meters, with a budgeted cost of 128,000 RMB. Reconstruction work was initiated in September of 2003, but was halted due to heavy rain and the increased cost of stainless steel beams. Therefore this school is categorized as one of the 2004 schools instead of one of the 2003’s. The school was affiliated with a local forest company before it was transferred under the administration of Fang Cheng district government. The district government provided matching funds for the rebuilding project.

本校建于1956年。目前有6 個年級，11 班。在校生 402人，職工17人。根據教育發展規劃及"普九"的要求， 本校擬擴建規模達12班，學生420人，職工老師18人。該校總建面積1752平方米，包含危房710平方米(40%)。 預算建校資金總額約16 萬元。建校計劃已于2005年8月初開工。松山鎮全村人口約 4000人，耕地面積 1470畝。 村民主要從事農業生產，近幾年人均收入為1100 人民幣，每年人均可支配現金為 800元，屬貧困村。 This elementary school was originally built in 1956. Currently there are 402 students enrolled in the school and 17 teachers/facility cover 11 classes. Four hundred and tweny students will benefit by Shin Shin Foundation's new development project. The classes will increase to 12 classes with 18 teachers. The school poverty area is 1,752 square meters, with 710 square meters (40%) of the existing construction considered to be under dangerous conditions. The total budget of the new development project is 160,000 RMB. The project started in early August 2005. The Song San County's population is around 4,000. The major incomes are from farming. The annual income per capita is 1,100RMB. Dispensable annual income (minus essential living costs) is 800 RMB per person.

本校目前有6班，9名教師，在校學生157人。原學校占地約1720平方米，原校舍總面積420平方米，教室6間，辦公室1間， 其中100%屬危房，有的屬 D級危房，近于倒塌。擬建計划包括6個教室和1個辦公室。建筑面積達460平方米， 預算建校基金總額23.2万人民幣，建成后學校面積1720平方米，可擴招約10名學生，可容納約165名學童就學， 會徹底解決該校生源流失的問題。該小學校所屬金秀縣屬國家級貧困地區。總人口約 1620余人，管轄區域40平方公里， 人均年收入810RMB，可支配年現金收入人均僅600RMB. This elementary school currently has 157 students enrolled in 6 classes, from 1st grade to 6th grade. The original school site is 1720 square meters with 420 square meters dedicated for teaching purpose. There are six teaching rooms and one office, all of which are classified as class D endangered building. A lot of local children were forced to travel long distance to attend classes in nearby villages. With Shinshin Educational Foundation’s help, the school plan to rebuild all of the endangered building. The overall teaching facilities will cover over 460 square meters, with six classrooms, 1 office and two auxiliary rooms. The new school remains 1720 square meters and can accommodate 165 students and 10 teachers. The school is 88 km from Jin Xiu County government and 10km from the closest road to town. The school district has a population of 1620, covers about 40 square kilometers. Annual income per capita is 810 RMB and dispensable annual incomer per capita is about 600 RMB.
