三穗縣為國家級貧困縣。小學位于三穗縣西部，服務區域轄兩村，人口總數14550人，其中少數民族11342人。 目前在校學生210人，教師17人，6個班級。校舍占地面積2668平方米，建筑總面積979平方米。學校僅有普通教室， 全無實驗室，圖書室，音樂室，美術室等，現有辦學條件不能滿足教育教學需要，更不能實施素質教育和突顯辦學特色需要。 新建二樓一底磚混結构的綜合教學樓總面積483平方米，教室9間。計划學生人數300人，6個班級，教師19人，每年可招新生50名。 San Sui County is a national-level impoverished county. Jian Bo Elementary School is located at the west of the county, serving two villages with a total population of 14550 (11342 of whom are ethnic minorities). Currently there are 210 students, 17 teachers, 6 classes enrolled in the school. The campus occupies a total area of 2668 m2 (979 m2 of which are class buildings). The school only has normal classrooms, with no experiment, libraries, music, and art facilities, and can't meet the requirements for basic education needs. The newly built 2-story brick-concrete class building has a dungeon and a total area of 483 m2 with 9 classrooms. It can host 300 students, 6 classes, and 19 teachers, and has the capacity to admit 50 new students each year.

六枝特區為國家級貧困地區。隴腳布依族鄉月亮河村位于隴腳鄉西北面10公里處，人口總數2463人，有小學适齡學童280人， 轄區覆蓋面積7平方公里。月亮河小學始建于上世紀60年代，4間教室，學生人數 111人，教師2人，3個班級。舊教學樓為石木結构， 建筑面積168平方米，現已成D級危房。當地教育局依据建校布局規划，在距原校1公里的木隴丫口選址新建月亮河小學， 解決當地适齡儿童就近入學的實際困難。新建教學樓總面積571。5平方米，計划學生人數280人，7個班級，教師8人， 每年可招新生40名。 Liu Zhi Special District is a national-level impoverished area. Moon River Village is located10 km northwest of Long Jiao Xiang and has a population of 2463 (mostly Bu-Yi ethnic minority group) and an area of 70k m2, with 280 children at elementary school age. The Moon River Elementary School was first founded in the 1960's: it had 4 classrooms, with 111 students, 2 teachers and 3 classes. The old school building was stone-and-wood-structured, with a total area of 168 m2, and is now classified a "D-degreed Dangerous Building". To make sure the local school-aged children can attend a school close by, the local government chose to re-build Moon River Elementary School at Mu Long Ya Kou, only 1 km from the old school site. The new building has a total area of 571.5 m2 and can host 280 students, 7 classes, and 8 teachers. Up-reconstruction, it will the capacity to admit 40 new students each year.

中寨小學為村級完全小學，現有6個教學班，學生300人，教職工8人。校園面積2000平方米，教學樓2棟，其中1棟局部有較大不均勻沉降， 對整体房屋的主体結构已產生嚴重影響，牆体部分有裂縫，傾斜，風化，潮濕，使房屋牆体強度和穩定性嚴重不足。屋面斷裂滲水， 屋脊暴露漏水，屬危房。鑒于安全問題，且教室不夠用，教室內光線不足，部分學生不敢進入學校學習而輟學，影響了教育事業的普及 展。新建教學樓將占地1870平方米，建筑面積752平方米，教室12間，辦公室4間，計划學生人數360人，7個班級，教師14人， 預測每年可多招60名新生。。折溪鄉中寨總人口 1959人，六枝特區為國家級貧困地區。 This school is a village-level school that currently has 6 classrooms, with 300 students and 8 teachers and staff members. The campus is 2000 m2 in size and has 2 buildings, one of which has partial, uneven settlement that has caused severe damage to the structure of the whole building. The build walls have cracks and are tilted, weathered and humid, which weakened the building structure and stability. The cracks on the walls leak, so does the exposed roof. The buildings don't meet safety standard and are classified as "Dangerous". Due to the safety problem and lack of usable classrooms and enough lighting, some students are afraid to go to school and quit. The newly built school buildings will occupy an area of 1870 m2 (752 m2 of which are buildings), with 12 classrooms and 4 offices, and plan to host 360 students, 7 classes, and 14 teachers, with an extra capacity of admitting 60 more new students each year. Zhong Zai, Zhe Xi Xiang has a population of 1959; Liu Zhi Special District is a national-level impoverished area.

黃腊鄉位于西秀區東南面，是西秀區最邊緣的民族鄉，全鄉總面積為77平方公里，總人口為15850人，少數民族人口為13603人， 農業人口15539人，全鄉轄14個行政村，56個自然村，91個村民組，7-12周歲适齡儿童為1864人。舊校舍建筑面積2432平方米， 教室16間，辦公室1間，在校學生816人，教師34人，共計16個班級。舊校舍基礎局部產生不均勻沉降，牆体傾斜，青磚牆面大面積風化， 剝落嚴重，石灰砂漿粉化脫落，牆体多處產生水平和斜向裂縫，危房總面積774平方米，其中D級危房面積567平方米。危樓將拆除重建， 新建校舍建筑面積730平方米，計划學生人數1100人，教師46人，共20個班級，每年可招新生210人。 Huang La Xiang is located at southeast of Xi Xiu District and is the most remote ethnic minority village. Huang La Xiang covers an area of 77 km2 with a total population of 15850 (13603 of whom are ethnic minorities, 15539 are farmers), governs 14 villages, 56 natural settlements, 91 village groups, and has 1864 children who are 7 to 12 years old. The old school campus is 2432 m2 in size and has 16 classrooms and 1 office, hosting 816 students and 34 teachers in 16 classes. The foundation of the old buildings has partial, uneven settlement, causing the walls to tilt. The brick walls are also weathered and cracked in many places. As a result, 774 m2 of the campus building is classified "Dangerous", out of which 567 m2 is deemed "D-degree Dangerous". The "Dangerous" buildings will be torn down and re-built. The new campus building will be 730 m2 in size, hosting 1100 students and 46 teachers in 20 classes. It has the capacity to admit 210 new students each year.

國才欣欣小學是一所村級完小，學生來自于走馬村及周邊地區，全部為布依族。原校舍占地面積 680 平方米，建筑面積 382。 2平方米， 其中教室6間，辦公室2間，1- 6 年級， 教師 8 人，學生127人。學校修建于六七十年代，年久失修，目前已屬D級危房。 為排除危房對師生的威脅，現征地1畝，拆除舊房，在新征地建303 平方米磚混凝土二層教學樓，并計划征地建造校園，新教學樓建成后， 教師人數將增至12人，學生人數增至200人。 龍里縣為少數民族聚居區，羊場鎮總人口 21000人，走馬村人口2200人，均為布依族。羊場鎮為產米區，當地農民主要靠出售余糧為 經濟收入，無其它經濟來源，年均收入為600人民幣，可支配現金為300人民幣，屬貧困地區。 This school is a village-level school dedicated to the Bu-Yi ethnic minority group in Zou Ma Village in Yang Chang region of Long Li County. All the students come from Zou Ma and the vicinity regions. The original school site was 680 m2, 382.2 m2 of which was school building. The school had 6 class rooms for 127 students from grades 1 through 6, and two offices for 8 teachers. The original school building was constructed between the 60's and 70's of the last century. The building was poorly maintained due to lack of fund and had been classified as grade D endangered building, and has been indeed grave danger to all students and teachers. The proposed construction is a two story teaching building of 303 m2 that is located on a 1-acre plot of land. After the construction, the new school will be able to accommodate be 12 teachers and 200 students. Additional plans are contemplated to further expand the campus. Long Li County is predominantly populated by different ethnic minority groups. Approximately 210,000 people live in Yang Chang and about 2,200 people live in Zou Ma. Most of the locals are of the Bu-Yi ethnic minority group. Rice is the main product from this region. Most locals rely on annual rice production as their main source of income as other source of economic incomes is scare. The annual income per capita in the impoverished region is about 600 RMB, only about 300 RMS of which is dispensable.
