本校與分校相距三十五公里都建於1972年間，本校和分校現有1至5年級十個班，二百一十六名學生，十九名教員。校舍佔地1,030平方米，50%危房。重建後學生人數可增至二百四十名，教員維持十九名。重建本校和分校總建築面積500平方米外，維修部份舊教室。預算資金總額約四十八萬元人民幣，己於 2004年六月動工，九月二十五收到竣工報告書。西峰山本校有可能於不久的將來改為九年制中心學校。黑河愛輝區地處邊陲，地廣人稀，是一個漢滿蒙回及鄂倫春等多民族聚居的地方。無霜期全年只有90天，可支配現金年收入不足500元人元幣。 The principal elementary school and branch school were built in 1972 and are located 35 kilometers apart in a rural area made up of various races. The average disposal income is less than 500RMB per year due to the planting period lasting as short as 90 days each year. The schools currently consist of 10 classes (1-5 grade), 19 teachers, and 216 students. The property area is 1,030 square meters, 50% of which is considered to be “under dangerous conditions” and should be rebuilt. With Shin Shin Foundation’s financial support, the plan is to rebuild 500 square meters and repair some old buildings. The schools will then be able to accommodate up to 240 students. The principal school will possibly expand to a 9-grade middle school in the near future. The project construction budget is about 480,000 RMB. The construction work began in June 2004. Shin Shin received the completion reports on 9/25/04.

本校建於1976年間，現有1至5年級六個班，二百一十名學生，十四名教員。校舍佔地360平方米，70%危房。重建後學生人數可增至二百四十名，教員維持十四名。重建後學校總面積400平方米外，維修部份舊教室和教師宿舍。預算資金總額約二十五萬元人民幣，己於2004年八月動工，九月二十五日到校考察時，建築物己封頂正在舖地磚，預定二星期內完工。連崗鄉鄉民務農、牧為生是漢滿及韓等多民族聚居的地方。因位於黑龍江省中心有很好的發展潛力。年收入約1,230元人元幣。 This school was built in 1976 in a village located in the center of Heilongjiang province. The average per capita income is at 1,230 RMB. At the school, there are currently 6 classes (1-5 grade), 14 teachers, and 210 students. The property area is 360 square meters, 70% of which is considered to be “under dangerous conditions” and should be rebuilt. With Shin Shin Foundation’s financial support, they have planned to rebuild 400 square meters and repair the teachers’ living area and the students’ activity room. The schools will be able to accommodate up to 240 students. The project construction budget is about 240,000 RMB and began in August 2004. Shin Shin’s volunteers visited the school on 9/25/04, and the construction should be completed within two weeks.

本校建於1967年間，現有1-6年級22個班，九百八十三名學生，五十六名教員。校舍佔地1,686平方米，是屬於"D"級危房。重建後學生人數可增至一千名以上，教員維持五十六名。重建後學校總面積3,600平方米，是一棟三層現代化的教學樓。預算資金總額約302萬元人民幣，己於2005年五月動工，八月底可以完工。居民以前務林及筏木為生，生活善可。但近幾年因護林政策及環保意識抬頭，筏木事業勢微，正處在經濟的轉捩點。新校提供學子良好而完善讀書的環境。年收入現金只有975元人民幣。 This school was built in 1967. Currently, there are 22 classes(1-6 grade), 56 teachers，and 983 students. The property area is 1,686 square meters, 100% of which are considered "under dangerous conditions" and should be rebuilt. With Shin Shin Foundation's financial support, it is planned to rebuild 3,600 square meters, 3- story building. The school will accommodate more than 1,000 students. The project construction budget is about 3,020,000RMB. The construction work has started in May 2005. The construction will be completed at the end of August. This village located in the northeast of Heilongjing surrendered by the forest. Recently central government policies strongly protest the nature resource. The local people face the turning point of economy change. The average per capita income is at 975RMB.

本校建於1958年間，現有六個年級六個班，一百五十名學生，十三名教員。學校面積一萬平方米，校舍佔地800平方米，100%危房。重建後學生人數可增至二百名，教員增至十五名。重建後校舍總面積890平方米。預算資金總額約六十四萬元人民幣，己於2005年八月動工。當欣欣考察團九月到校考察時，建築物己封頂，工程將於十月中旬完成。興安鄉鄉民務農、牧為生。因位於黑龍江省東北有很好的發展潛力。年收入約2,000元人民幣。 This school was built in 1958. Currently, there are 6 classes (first through sixth grade), 13 teachers, and 150 students. The property area covers 10,000 square meters and the building is 800 square meters, 100% of which is considered to be "under dangerous conditions" and should be rebuilt. With Shin Shin Foundation's financial support, it is planned to rebuild 890 square meters. The school will accommodate up to 200 students. The project construction budget is about 640,000 RMB. The construction work started in August 2005 and will be complete in October. This village is located in the northeast province of Heilongjiang, which will be developed in the near future. The average per capita income is 2,000 RMB.
