此學校地處河太平山麓紅旗渠畔. 人多地少交通尚屬便利, 服務人口為二千六百五十人. 收入只有靠一些農產品. 平均年收入為人民幣七百元. 學校建於一九七六年, 校舍陳舊學生又多, 教學品質落後, 此計畫為興建一棟綜合教學樓, 包括教室七間教師辦公室, 七間閱覽室, 一間庫房, 圍牆一百八十米. 一至六年級及學前班共七個教學班, 學生人數從原來一百二十人增到二百一十人, 老師從五位增加到十位, 新校舍建築面前為六百六十二平方公尺. 總工程預計十一月十日以前完成. The school is located at the bottom of Tai-Hon Mountain. The village is densely populated with limited acres of land for agricultural crops. The average annual income is 700 RMB. The one-building school was built in 1975, but it is too small to accommodate all the students. The plan is to build a new structure with seven classrooms, one study room, and seven small offices. The school will offer seven grades with 210 students and 10 teachers, an increase from 120 students and 5 teachers. The new building is expected to be completed before November 10, 2004.

學校原址為土木結構﹐建於康熙年間的Ｄ級危房。原學生人數二百六十五人﹐教師十三人。未來規劃學生二千人到四千人規模的學校。教師八十名﹐六個教學年級﹐四十個教學班。校舍面積從二百六十平方米擴張到一萬平方米。此校為一個特殊計劃﹐南河渡鎮為原國民黨省主席劉振華的家鄉。全鎮十二個行政村。教育佈局重新規劃分二期工程﹐共有教學樓兩棟､學生宿舍樓兩棟､餐廳､田徑場､綜合辦公樓一棟､教師公寓一棟兩期共一千萬人民幣的計劃。比例上而言欣欣出資不到百分之一 ﹐但是有鑒於捐款人屬意於自己家鄉﹐希望在教育上有所貢獻﹐且河南政府當局為鼓勵華僑返鄉興學以產生拋球磚引玉的效果﹐也全力配合。目前進度﹕六月一日第一期主體工程開工﹐八月二十日第一期主體工程完工典禮。正進行第二期工程中。 The school was originally built in the Ching Dynasty. With a total budget of 10 million RMB, there will be a two-stage construction plan that will cover 12 villages, and build a much larger school. Although the contribution from Shin Shin is less than 1% of the total budget, the provincial government is very eager to work with Shin Shin to complete this project. The new campus will include two student dormitories, a sport track field, teachers’ apartments, a main office building, and it will be able to hold 2000 to 4000 students. The first stage of the project began in June 2004 and was completed in August 2004. The second stage of the project is currently under construction.

原學校教室建于一九五○年﹐年久失修。修建計劃包括拆除危房﹐興建綜合教學樓一間。之後此校將合併五個村的學童約一千兩百人﹐教師五十人﹐一到六年級加上學前班共七個班級﹐十九個教學班。有寄宿學生。規模大小適中。預算三十萬元人民幣。目前進度﹕已完工。 This school was built in 1950. Most of the building walls are severely eroded and the foundation is collapsing. The project is set to demolish the old building and construct a two-story building that will consist of 1,200 students, 50 teachers, and 19 classes. The total budget is 300,000 RMB. The construction was completed.

服務十幾個行政村﹐可支配年收入為七百八十元人民幣。學校創于一九七五年﹐目前有二十四間校室﹐嚴重破損﹐幾近坍塌。嚴重威脅師生安全。一到六年級六個教學班。目前學童約二百六十人﹐教師八人。預計拆除Ｄ級危房﹐蓋一棟二層教學樓包括辦公室､圍牆､廁所､門樓。計劃完成後應有學生三百六十人﹐教師十一人。目前進度﹕預計十月中旬簽約﹐二○○五年完工。 This school currently covers students from a dozen villages, and has six grades, 260 students, and 60 teachers. The old school was built in 1975, has 24 classrooms, is almost collapsed, and severely endangers students’ and teachers’ safety. The plan is to demolish this Class D dangerous building and replace it with a two-story building that will include offices, toilets, and a corridor. The contract will be signed in October 2004 and has a planned completion date in 2005.

此學校位於綏平縣槐樹鄉東北四公里處，在校學生245 人，現有教室24 間，辦公室3 間，儲藏室 3 間，均屬危房。因年久失修，結構體風化，牆體出現豎向裂縫，部份瓦屋面塌陷，木樑斷裂，屋頂木料損壞，漏水嚴重。每逢雨季學生就無法上課. 廁所也是多處倒塌，被列為D級危房，急需拆除重建。依照規定，因為安全的原因，已不能使用。但是嚴重缺少資金，地方政府無力維修，當地居民財力謹夠維持生活溫飽。至今師生仍在危房中上課辦公，十分無奈又無助。捐款人范順亭先生為紀念父親范金台先生而在家鄉捐助地方教育。擬新建676平方公尺的教學辦公樓，另外儲藏室、廁所、門房、和圍牆，共約124 平方公尺。總造價約34 萬元人民幣。縣政府出 15 萬元人民幣，村委會負擔2.44 萬元人民幣，加上欣欣基金會美金一萬元約合人民幣8.2 萬元。預計2005 年底完工。 This school currently has 245 students, 24 classrooms, and 3 offices. All buildings are classified as dangerous. The walls are cracked and the roofs are leaking. The students cannot attend school during the rainy season. The renovated school will have 676 square meters of classrooms, plus a storage room, new bathrooms, and a fence. The total cost of the renovations is 340,000RMB. The construction is scheduled to be completed at the end of 2005.
