捐款人鮑祖漢､張魯錦夫婦為紀念徐建萍女士興建。學校創于一九五三年。服務區人口七千兩百人。可支配年收入為八百元人民幣。服務七個自然村。一到六年級﹐十五個教學班。六年制寄宿完全小學。學童約七百五十人﹐校師三十二人。預計蓋一棟三層教學樓﹐拆除Ｄ級危房､改造Ｃ級危房。目前進度﹕已蓋完一層。 The school area covers seven villages, with a population of 7,200 residents. The average annual income is 800 RMB. The old building was built in 1953, has Class C & D dangerous buildings, and should not be used. The new school will have six grades, 15 classrooms, 750 students, 32 teachers, and a new dormitory. The project plans to demolish the Class D buildings and construct a three-story building. The Class C buildings will be renovated as well.

此學校服務區人口一萬餘人﹐可支配年收入為兩千元人民幣。學校兩面環樹﹐一面靠水﹐山明水秀﹐環境優美。擴建後可服務八個行政村﹐服務半徑十公里。一到六年級教學班﹐六年制寄宿完全小學。預計蓋一棟磚木結構一層教學教室､興建校門､學生宿舍危房改造的工作。學童約五百四十人（原校學生二百四十人）﹐教師十四人。目前進度﹕進行最後進度。 The school area has a population of 10,000 residents, covers eight villages, and has an average annual income of 2,000 RMB. The school faces the river, is surrounded by mountains; it is located in a beautiful environment and is an ideal place to learn. The new school construction includes a one-story building for classrooms, a new school gate, offices, and a student dormitory. It will have six grades, 540 students, and 14 teachers. The construction is nearly completed.

本校始建於1969年，目前共有9個班級，408名學生，18位教師. 校舍佔地面積為6300 平方米，學校建築面積為1520平方米，其中危房846 平方米，擬擴建學校共10 班， 20 位教師，450 名學生，總建築面積1480平方米，預算建校資金約 38.27 萬人民幣，該村總人口為6200 人，人均收入860 元。原校地處偏遠，新校建在銀山村地理中心。已於2005 年6月開工。 The elementary school was originally built in 1969. The village population is 6,200 residents and the average income is 860RMB. Currently, there are 9 classes, 18 teachers, and 408 students. The property area is 6,300 square meters, 846 square meters of which are considered to be "under dangerous conditions" and should not be used. With Shin Shin Foundation's financial support, the plan is to rebuild and expand the school into 10 classes, 20 teachers, and accommodate up to 450 students with a total construction area of 1480 square meters. The projected construction budget is around 382,700RMB. The construction work started in June 2005.

本校始建於八十年代，目前共有8個班級，404名學生，15位教師。校舍佔地面積為10005 平方米，學校建築面積為1300平方米，其中危房539 平方米，擬擴建學校共10 班，20 位教師，600 名學生，總建築面積1800平方米，預算建校資金約 20.4 萬人民幣，該村總人口為5123 人，該區 人均收入900 元。已於2005 年7月開工。 The elementary school was originally built in the 1980's. The village population is 5,123 residents and the average income is 900RMB. Currently, there are 8 classes, 15 teachers, and 404 students. The property area is 10,005 square meters, 539 square meters of which are considered to be "under dangerous conditions" and should not be used. With Shin Shin Foundation's financial support, the plan is to rebuild and expand the school into 10 classes, 20 teachers, and accommodate up to 600 students with a total construction area of 1800 square meters. The projected construction budget is around 204,000RMB. The construction work started in July 2005.
