2001-2007共興建、維修四所欣欣小學。Shin Shin rebuilt and remodeled four schools in Jiangsu from 2001 to 2007.

Jiangsu has a coastline of over one thousand kilometers along the Yellow Sea, and the Yangtze River passes through its southern region. Jiangsu is historically oriented towards light industries such as textiles and food. The majority of the residents are ethnic Han Chinese. Jiangsu is well-known for its historical sites and tourist attractions. Nanjing served as the capital of China during several historical periods, and is listed as one of the Four Great Ancient Capitals of China. Located in the downstream Yangtze River drainage basin and Yangtze River Delta economic zone, Nanjing has always been one of China's most important cities. Apart from having been the capital of China for six dynasties, Nanjing has also served as a national hub of education, research, transportation, and tourism throughout history.

However, there are still poor villages in northern Jiangsu with sub-standard schools. Shin Shin honored the donors desire to build schools in their designated area, and it met Shin Shin's economical criteria. Shin Shin rebuilt three schools from 2001 to 2004. The fourth school in the northern Jiangsu will be completed in the fall of 2007.
