本校創建於1989年，現有1至6年級九個班，三百二十名學生，二十八名教職員。校舍佔地1,025平方米，100%危房。 重建後學生人數可增至三百六十名，教職員增至三十名。重建二楝平房總建築面積保持1,025平方米，預算重建資金總額約 三十萬元人民幣，己於2004年六月動工，九月二十日考察團到校剪彩，工程己接近完成。有鶴鄉美名的向海是國家級自然保護區， 脫俗的丹頂鶴飛翔在蒼茫微蕩的葦海上，能不動情者鮮矣。 This elementary school was built in 1989 in a village known as the Hometown of the Crane.” All the residents of the town enjoy watching the beautiful scenic view as “the cranes fly over the autumn field.” The elementary school currently has 9 classes (1-6 grade), 28 teachers and staff members, and 320 students. The property area is 1,025 square meters, all of which is considered to be under dangerous conditions” and should be rebuilt. With Shin Shin Foundation's financial support, they have planned to rebuild and expand the school into two one-story buildings. These new buildings would accommodate up to 360 students and 30 teachers and staff members, while still maintaining the same size campus area. The project construction budget is about 300,000 RMB, and began in June 2004. When Shin Shin's volunteers arrived on September 20, the construction was nearly completed.

育林小學創建於1949年，因年久失修己成危房。為了學生正常就學，越北鎮政府將育林小學歸併入越北鎮欣欣中心小學。 現有六個年級十八個班，六百一十四名學生，五十一名教員。校舍佔地1,622平方米，一棟三層樓房。做部分維修及增加地熱設施。 維修後的學生人數可增至七百五十名，教員刪減至三十六名，因併校的結果。維修三層樓房總建築面積保持1,622平方米， 預算維修資金總額約三十五萬元人民幣，己於2004年八月動工，九月十五日考察團到校剪彩，維修工程己接近完成。 實際維修總成本大約五十萬人民幣。捐款人今年兩度親臨學校考察，再捐五千美金增加電腦室的設備。此校離吉林市市區只有十 幾分鐘的路程，學校頗具規模，有電腦室和美術室。老師素質優，學生課外活動多元化是其他鄉村學校忘塵莫及的。 Yu-Lin elementary school was built in 1949. The building was under 100% serious dangerous conditions. Currently, Yu-Lin merged to Yue Bei Shin Shin elementary school. There are 18 classes (first through sixth grade), 51 teachers, and 614 students. The property area is 1,622 square meters, with the building and heating system in need of renovation. With Shin Shin Foundation's financial support, it is planned to do both tasks. This 3-story building will accommodate up to 750 students, but reduce to 36 teachers due to the merge. The project renovation budget is about 350,000 RMB. Total spending of this renovation is to approach 500,000 RMB. The renovation work started in August 2004. When Shin Shin's volunteers arrived on the 15th of September, the renovation was nearly completed. The sponsors if this school visited the school in May and September, they also donated another $5,000 for computer equipment. This town is a few minutes from the center of the City of Jilin. The scale of this school is superior due to the good qualification of its teachers. We are very impressed that the school provides a variety of activities to the students.

本校建於1976年間，現有六個年級六個班，一百四十五名學生，十三名教員。校舍佔地536平方米，是屬於D級危房。 重建後學生人數可增至四百三十名，教員增至三十七名。重建後校舍總面積1,404平方米，共兩棟教學樓。預算資金總額約五十 八萬元人民幣，己於2005年七月動工，八月底可以完工。燈塔鄉鄉民以務農及採礦為生。新校提供正在發展中鄉村學生， 良好讀書的環境。年收入約1,000元人民幣，可支配現金只有350元人民幣。 This school was built in 1976. Currently, there are 6 classes (first through sixth grade), 13 teachers, and 145 students. The property area is 536 square meters, 100% of which is considered to be "under dangerous conditions" and should be rebuilt. With Shin Shin Foundation's financial support, it is planned to rebuild 1,404 square meters, including two buildings. The school will accommodate up to 430 students. The project construction budget is about 580,000 RMB. The construction work started in July 2005. The construction will be completed at the end of August. This village is located in the center of Jilin province, and will be developed in the near future. The average per capita income is 1,000 RMB, with a disposable income of 350 RMB.
